We are excited to be making progress on a great project in the Linden Hills neighborhood in South Minneapolis.
The property owner we are working with wanted to relocate close to downtown, and specifically targeted this lot to tear down the property.
After demolition, we discovered the soil conditions unbuildable. Rongitsch Homes chose to repair the lot by using 30 helical anchors to drill 60 feet beneath the basement floor. After final landscape and sodding, the 4 bedroom/3 bath home will serve as an urban oasis on the outskirts of Uptown.
